In the 80’s and 90’s the state senator built a sprawling political empire that gave him enormous leverage over state lawmakers, City Council members, judges here and around the state, corporate leaders, and countless government agencies, from the Delaware River Port Authority to the Board of City Trusts. It all ended with his conviction on federal corruption charges in 2009. He’ll be interviewed by Dave Davies and take your questions.
