We'll take a look at some of the extraordinary treasures that Hidden City unearthed in its new book of color photographs of Philadelphia. These never-before-seen finds were gathered from amateur and professional photographers over years of exhaustive research. Taken together, they offer a distinctive portrait of a city undergoing a tumultuous era, and a study of how artists and documentarians used color photography before the digital era. The authors will answer audience questions, and books will be available for purchase.
